Worry-Free Boarding for Your Horse

Board your horse in one of the thirteen stalls at our beautiful facility! Owners are attentive and onsite, with horses of their own as well. We promise to care for your horse as we well as we do our own!!!

✨60x120 indoor arena

✨70 ft. very large round pen / small riding arena with excellent footing!!! 

✨Dustless high quality footing in both the indoor and the round pen. The footing we selected is used at Thistledown and is a local mix of 3 different kinds of angular sand, clay and silt. It is very kind to a horse’s legs and our horses have been thoroughly enjoying it!

✨ Large stalls that look bigger than the 12 x 12 stalls that they are, all matted with electrical outlets for heated buckets and fans. We provide corner feeders, buckets, fans and heated buckets in the winter (and heaters for the troughs outside in the winter). 

✨ Insulated barn that stays cooler than it is outside during heat waves and a good 10 degrees warmer than outside during the winter.

✨ We clean stalls and outside dry lots daily at least, sometimes twice a day. We drag them regularly during wet weather. 

✨Horses can come in at night in the winter if desired or if they need to be on stall rest. We do charge extra ($100 per month) for horses that stay in at night regularly or are on extended stall rest (more than a few days or a week) in order to cover additional material as we bed very heavy for horses that are in.

✨ Awesome unlimited sawdust 

✨ Truly limitless hay. We have full bale Hay Chix bags in every stall and Hay Huts for round bales in the pasture. No horse ever runs out of hay here, ever!!! 

✨ Barn grain options as well! Choose any Tribute grain, priced at cost so it’s easy to add on what you need / desire or bring your own!

We strongly believe in and encourage an unlimited supply of high quality hay for all horses. We have Hay Chix full bale nets in every stall here so no one ever runs out of hay! In addition, all horses have access to high quality hay in really nice hay huts to supplement the pastures that are always available too. All of the high quality hay we offer is free to you and is included in the monthly board!!! 

Cost of board is $580 / month for full-care if your horse is turned out 24 hours and just comes in twice a day to eat. We will provide unlimited hay and sawdust as long as they are on 24 hour turnout. 

Additional Options:

$100 / month - stalling at night, which can be changed from month to month or for extended stall rest

Any Tribute grain is available. Custom quotes available depending on what you desire, customized to the exact amount and type you need. Just contact me to get more information. We don’t make profit and only charge what we get charged, which is very reasonable and the best price I’ve found!!!

Senior Sport:

2 lbs per day: $34.25 per month

4 lbs per day: $68.50 per month

8 lbs per day: $137 per month

Essential K GC Plus

2 lbs per day: $49 per month

We have setup this structure to provide more options for you. We truly believe in our Tribute feed options. I have two senior horses and two younger horses all on this combination. 

All of my personal horses have transitioned to only the ration balancer (Essential K) because they are doing so well with keeping weight on. This INCLUDES my usually very hard to keep senior Arabian, Penny! The horses here are thriving nutritionally. 

We are so super excited about all of the recent improvements as well as the ones we are still finishing up! 

Brand new footing was recently put in the brand new 60’ x 120’ Morton indoor riding arena as well as in the 70 ft. outdoor round pen. It is the same footing used at Thistledown!!! It is a local blend of 3 different types of angular sand, clay and silt and the horses absolutely love it! It will treat your horse's legs well. We water and drag regularly to keep arenas in excellent condition. 

These are just some of the improvements we are currently working on:

-Hitching post with brand new bathing area has been added

-16 ft. by 32 ft. and 50 ft. by 110 ft. brand new dry lots with a base and sand on top

-Rotational grazing has been implemented so we are able to make the most of what we have in terms of the amount of land that we have.
